Crystal Reynolds is an accomplished Instructional Coach at a local elementary school in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Crystal has been deeply committed to education and community service from a young age. As the eldest of six siblings, her early career began with working with toddlers at a daycare and mentoring youth at the YWCA's summer and after-school programs.

At seventeen, Crystal relocated to Georgia, continuing her dedication to education through a privately owned after-school program. Though she initially pursued a career in healthcare after earning an associate degree in business software technology, her passion for education led her back to her true calling.

Crystal's commitment to her community is further reflected in her extensive involvement with her children’s schools. Over the course of a decade, she served on multiple PTA boards, including as President, Vice-President, and Secretary, and took on roles such as team mom, room parent, and member of the school parent advisory council.

In 2014, Crystal faced a significant personal challenge when diagnosed with breast cancer. Following treatment and recovery, she pursued her educational goals with renewed determination, earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2016. Her pursuit of lifelong learning continued with endorsements in Reading and ESOL, a Gifted Endorsement in 2019, and a master’s in education in 2020.

Crystal’s exemplary work as a 4th-grade teacher and grade chair over six years paved the way for her current role as the director of the Ladies of Legacy, where she mentors youth. In 2023, she completed her Coaching Endorsement and was appointed as an Instructional Coach. Her professional journey reflects a profound commitment to education and a relentless drive to positively impact students, teachers, and the community.
